ADDRESSES A FULL RANGE OF VOCATIONAL SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK AND THE MANY BENEFITS THAT COME WITH HAVING A JOB - INCLUDING A SENSE OF IDENTITY AND BELONGING, AN OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY AND A SENSE OF PRIDE IN ONESELF. SERVICES PROVIDED BY WE, INC. INCLUDE EVALUATIONS TO DETERMINE INTERESTS AND ABILITIES; SERVICES THAT ASSIST HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES TRANSITION SUCCESSFULLY FROM HIGH SCHOOL TO WORK; JOB READINESS TRAINING BOTH IN A CLASSROOM SETTING AND HANDS-ON IN A WORKPLACE; ASSISTANCE WITH RESUMES AND INTERVIEW PREP; JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE; JOB COACHING ONCE A PERSON HAS FOUND EMPLOYMENT; AND ASSISTANCE IN SUSTAINING EMPLOYMENT AS CHALLENGES ARISE. WE, INC. ALSO OFFERS ONGOING EMPLOYMENT FOR AT LEAST 60 INDIVIDUALS EACH YEAR. OUR NEW BRAND, WE MADE, CREATES DELICIOUS AND USEFUL PRODUCTS FOR SALE WHILE ALSO PROVIDING INVALUABLE JOB READINESS AND SMALL BUSINESS SKILLS.
