CTAERN IS A UNIQUE CONSORTIUM DEDICATED TO PROVIDING EXEMPLARY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES AND OTHER HIGH QUALITY SERVICES DESIGNED TO MEET THE INSTRUCTIONAL CAREER DEVELOPMNET NEEDS OF THE EDUCATORS OF GEORGIA.

THESE COURSES ARE DESIGNED TO ENSURE THAT ALL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS MEET STATE ADJUSTED LEVELS OF PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITY. CTAERN MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES ALL SCHOOL SYSTEMS IN GEORGIA. THE SOURCE OF CTAERN'S REVENUE IS THE FEDERAL CARL D. PERKINS CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION ACT OF 2006 THAT IS ALLOCATED THROUGH SCHOOL SYSTEMS' INDIVIDUAL CTAE PERKINS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT GRANTS.
