THE ORGANIZATION IS A VOLUNTARY GROUP OF MEMBERS OF FARM FAMILIES DEDICATED TO SERVING AS THE VOICE OF AGRICULTURE BY IDENTIFYING PROBLEMS, DEVELOPING SOLUTIONS, AND TAKING ACTIONS WHICH WILL IMPROVE NET FARM INCOME AND ACHIEVE BETTER ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES AND LIFE QUALITY.

ENCOURAGE, SUPPORT, TRAIN AND REWARD YOUTH AND YOUNG FARM FAMILIES WHO ARE ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN AGRICULTURE IN FLEMING COUNTY, KENTUCKY. THESE INCLUDE PRIZES FOR COUNTY FAIRS, SPONSORING DELEGATES TO ATTEND FARM CONVENTIONS, AND GIVING RECOGNITION TO YOUNG FARMERS.
PROMOTING AWARENESS OF AGRICULTURAL AND COUNTY SPECIFIC ISSUES DEALING WITH THE ECONOMICS OF AGRICULTURE BY SPONSORING VARIOUS COUNTY PROGRAMS SUCH AS THE LIVESTOCK SHOWS AND BOOTHS AT THE KENTUCKY STATE FAIR.
