ORGANIZE, ESTABLISH, CONDUCT, AND MAINTAIN FACILITIES AND POLICE EQUIPMENT AND TO ENCOURAGE AND PERMIT THE USE THEREOF BY THE MEMBERS OF THIS CORPORATION PURSUANT TO THE BYLAWS FORMULATED BY THE MEMBERS. ADVANCE SOCIAL, BENEVOLENT, CHARITABLE, AND EDUCATIONAL UNDERTAKINGS AMONG LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
