PROVIDE A MEANS FOR MEMBER ATTORNEYS TO ACQUIRE REFERRALS. ONE OF THE MAIN PURPOSES OF THE LAWYER REFERRAL SERVICE IS TO PROVIDE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WITH A CONSULTATION WITH AN ATTORNEY AT A MINIMAL CHARGE OR REFER THEM TO ANOTHER NONPROFIT WHICH CAN ASSIST THEM WITH THEIR LEGAL ISSUES.
