IT AIDED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH STANDARDS OF OPERATION WITHIN THE INDUSTRY IN CONFORMANCE WITH EXISTING LAWS. IT COLLECTED, COMPILED, AND DISTRIBUTED STATISTICAL DATA IN THE INTEREST OF EFFICIENT AND COMPETITIVE OPERATIONS. IT EXERTED ITS BEST EFFORTS TOWARD THE DEVELOPMENT OF MORE EFFICIENT AND ECONOMICAL DISTRIBUTION TO THE END THAT BETTER PRODUCTS WERE PURCHASED BY THE ULTIMATE CONSUMER AT LOWER COSTS.
