TRAINING IS CONDUCTED BY STAFF PROVIDED BY M.C. DEAN, INC. STAFF AND APPRENTICESHIP SCHOOL INSTRUCTORS. IT CONSISTS OF CLASSROOM TRAINING AND ON-THE-JOB TRAINING AND INCLUDES VOCATIONAL AND COLLEGIATE COURSES, JOINTLY SPONSORED AND IN-HOUSE TRAINING. APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS PROVIDE POST-JOURNEYMEN TRAINING TO ADVANCE TO MASTER ELECTRICIAN, LICENSED SPECIALISTS IN ELECTRICITY, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. THE TRUST CURRENTLY OPERATES 18 SCHOOLS/ TRAINING PROGRAMS IN 9 STATES AS WELL AS THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
