EARLY CHILDHOOD: VOICES PROMOTES PUBLIC POLICIES THAT INCREASE ACCESS TO AND QUALITY OF EARLY LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES -- SUCH AS PRESCHOOL, HOME VISITING, AND DEVELOPMENTAL THERAPY - FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED OR OTHERWISE VULNERABLE.
HEALTH AND MENTAL HEALTH: VOICES PROMOTES PUBLIC POLICIES THAT IMPROVE ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH CARE FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS AND ENHANCE THE CAPACITY OF THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH WORKFORCE TO SERVE CHILDREN. VOICES ALSO PROMOTES POLICIES THAT ENSURE HEALTH COVERAGE AND ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
