COMMUNITY ORGANIZING AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: ORGANIZING AROUND COMMON ISSUES AND DEVELOPING A UNIFIED VOICE; DEVELOPING IMMIGRANT LEADERSHIP AT THE GRASSROOTS LEVEL; PROVIDING TRAINING & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR IMMIGRANT-LED ORGANIZATIONS; EDUCATING IMMIGRANT COMMUNITIES ABOUT THEIR RIGHTS AND RESPONDING TO ABUSES
