TRAVEL TO AND LODGING AT BAND COMPETITIONS AND EXHIBITIONS FOR WOODSON HS BAND AND COLOR GUARD MEMBERS AND CHAPERONES. COMPETITION FEES AND TRANSPORT OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT.
