THE FOUNDATION ADVOCATES AND WORKS ON BEHALF OF WV PUBLIC BROADCASTING TO ENSURE ALL CITIZENS ACCESS TO QUALITY PUBLIC BROADCASTING SERVICES. TO THIS END, THE FOUNDATION SEEKS, ACCEPTS AND HOLDS - AS STEWARDS - GIFTS, GRANTS AND OTHER CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THESE PURPOSES.
