NAFME'S MISSION IS TO ADVANCE MUSIC EDUCATION BY ENCOURAGING THE STUDY AND MAKING OF MUSIC BY ALL.
Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
MEMBER AND STUDENT EXPERIENCES: ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN FOR BOTH IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL PERFORMANCE AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR MIDDLE, HIGH SCHOOL, AND COLLEGIATE STUDENTS. INCLUDES PRINT AND DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION HIGHLIGHTING PROGRAMS AVAILABLE TO THEIR STUDENTS. PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE INTERNATIONAL TRI-M MUSIC HONOR SOCIETY, ALL-NATIONAL HONOR ENSEMBLES, COMPOSITION COMPETITIONS, MUSIC IN OUR SCHOOLS MONTH, AND RESEARCH ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.
MEMBERSHIP GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT: ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN TO PROMOTE MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION.
