THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO ADVANCE THE HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSION BY ACTING AS A LIAISON BETWEEN THE LOCAL MARYLAND CHAPTERS THAT ARE BROKEN OUT BY COUNTY AND THE NATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF SHRM. UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO COVID-19 WE WERE UNABLE TO HOLD OUR ANNUAL THREE DAY MARYLAND SHRM STATE CONFERENCE FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSION. WE ARE EXCITED TO HOST THE CONFERENCE IN 2021.
