ACTS AS COURT APPOINTED GUARDIAN FOR DISABLED ELDERLY; INVESTIGATES AND RESOLVES COMPLAINTS ON LONG TERM CARE FACILITIES; TRAINS AND MATCHES VOLUNTEERS WITH ELDERLY; PROVIDES INFORMATION ON ELDERLY SERVICES; PROVIDES RESPITE CARE; PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE ELDERLY TO REMAIN INDEPENDENT; PROVIDES NUTRITIONAL SERVICES; AND SUPPORTS SENIOR CENTERS.
