THE ARIZONA ASSOCIATION OF NURSE ANESTHESIOLOGY, INC. AZANA PUBLISHES THE SENTINEL NEWSLETTER WHICH KEEPS MEMBERS INFORMED OF CHANGES IN THE PROFESSION. THE SENTINEL IS MAILED TO OVER 500 MEMBERS AND IS AVAILABLE ONLINE TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS. OVER 200 PEOPLE ATTENDED AZANAS ANNUAL CONFERENCE TO EDUCATE CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETISTS. AZANA IS ACTIVE IN ADVOCACY OF THE NURSE ANESTHETIST PROFESSION AND HELPED TOWN HALL MEETINGS ON CRNA ISSUES. IN FYE 9/30/2021, WE HOSTED A SUCCESSFUL SPRING CONFERENCE, INCREASED MEMBERSHIPS, AND ADVOCATED FOR THE PROFESSION.
