IT EXISTS TO OFFER MANAGED CARE PRODUCTS TO SELF-FUNDED INSURANCE PLANS, THIRD-PARTY ADMINISTRATORS, INSURANCE PLAN TRUSTEES, AND ACCOUNTABLE CARE ORGANIZATIONS.
