TO SUPPORT INTERPRETATION, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, AND SPECIAL EVENTS AT MONTEREY STATE HISTORIC PARK, MONTEREY CALIFORNIA. THE ASSOCIATION ASSISTS CALIFORNIA STATE PARKS BY RAISING FUNDS TO BE USED BY THE MONTEREY STATE HISTORIC PARK AND BY ASSISTING IN RECRUITING VOLUNTEER GUIDES/INTERPRETERS.

THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS MUSEUM STORES THAT ARE LOCATED IN STATE HISTORIC BUILDINGS. THE STORES SELL MERCHANDISE FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMPLIFYING AND SUPPORTING THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE STATE PARK IN THEIR PUBLIC OUTREACH PROGRAMS.


PROVIDED SUBSTANTIAL MARKETING, LOGISTICAL AND VOLUNTEER SUPPORT TO THE CHRISTMAS IN THE ADOBES (CITA) PROGRAM DELIVERED IN STATE PARK PROPERTIES.
