THE SWEDISH MEDICAL CENTER MEDICAL STAFF DUES FUND (THE ORGANIZATION) WAS INCORPORATED TO MANAGE A MEDICAL STAFF DUES FUND AT SWEDISH MEDICAL CENTER. THE FUNDS MAY BE USED TO PROVIDE FOR CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION, PUBLICATIONS, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEDICAL STAFF MEMBERS AT SWEDISH MEDICAL CENTER; TO FUND GRANTS OR DONATIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE FUND'S CHARITABLE PURPOSES; TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE TRAINING OF MEDICAL STAFF LEADERS; AND TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR NETWORKING EVENTS OF THE MEDICAL STAFF.
