THE WORKFORCE PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOCUSES ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT OF A TALENT OPTIMIZATION SITE THAT UTILIZES INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND ANALYTICS TO BETTER CONNECT THE REGION'S WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT ECOSYSTEM WHICH IS COMPRISED OF EMPLOYERS, EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING INSTITUTIONS, NON-PROFITS AND JOB SEEKERS.
THE APPLIED RESEARCH PROGRAM SUPPORTS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE-SECTOR INVESTMENTS IN INDUSTRY-LED, SELF-SUSTAINING APPLIED RESEARCH CENTERS TO PROMOTE THE GROWTH OF INNOVATIVE INDUSTRIES AND WELL-PAYING JOBS.
