ENDORSING CONSUMER FOCUSED, PUBLIC REPORTING, AND TRANSPARENCY ON HEALTH CARE QUALITY MEASURES AND HEALTH CARE COSTS 2. BEING A CATALYST FOR IMPROVING HEALTH CARE QUALITY AND VALUE IN BOTH THE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SECTOR, AND CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO 3.BEING A RESOURCE TO COALITION MEMBERS AND TO THE PUBLIC GENERALLY IN MEETING THEIR HEALTH AND HEALTH CARE GOALS.
