THE PURPOSE OF RESCUE AMERICA IS TO COMBAT HUMAN SEX TRAFFICKING. RESCUE AMERICA EXISTS TO RESCUE, REVIVE, AND EMPOWER THE SEXUALLY EXPLOITED THROUGH A 24/7 HOTLINE AND EMERGENCY ASSESSMENT PROGRAM.

IN 2021, OUR HOTLINE RECEIVED 742 CALLS, WITH 380 OF THOSE CALLS BEING FROM VICTIMS OF SEX TRAFFICKING OR SEXUAL EXPLOITATION, AND 90 EXITING THE LIFE. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF CALLS INCREASED OVER THOSE STATISTICS FROM 2020.
RESCUE AMERICA EMERGENCY ASSESSMENT PROGRAM (RAEA): IN 2021, 14 SURVIVORS ENTERED THE RAEA PROGRAM, DURING THE FIRST TWO QUARTERS OF THE YEAR. DUE TO THE HOLISTIC NATURE OF OUR PROGRAM, BRINGING HEALING TO THE MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT, WE ARE THRILLED TO REPORT CLINICALLY SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENTS FOR POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER (PTSD), ANXIETY, AND DEPRESSION.
