TO BRING SOLUTIONS TO THE VERY REAL PROBLEM OF SEX AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN ARIZONA BY CREATING AWARENESS, RESEARCHING, AND TRAINING IN THE MOST CURRENT ANTI-TRAFFICKING METHODS.

IN 2021, AATN COMBINED THE EFFORTS OF TRUST, CEASE, CSI, JUST.MEN.ARIZONA, AND SAFE TO BRING AWARENESS AND ACTION TO FIGHT HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN ARIZONA. DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, AATN WAS LIMITED IN ITS IN-PERSON EVENTS, BUT CONTINUED VIA ZOOM AND VIRTUAL EVENTS CONTINUED TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ABOUT THE HARMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING. TRUST HELD EDUCATIONAL EVENTS IN PERSON AND VIRTUALLY WITH OVER 2,500 ATTENDEES FEATURING KNOWLEDGEABLE SPEAKERS WORKING TO FIGHT HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF VULNERABLE YOUTH AND ADULTS. WE ALSO SPONSORED 67 JUDGES, PROSECUTORS, LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS AND ADVOCATES TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL SHARED HOPE INTERNATIONAL JUST CONFERENCE IN WASHINGTON, DC. TRUST ALSO BEGAN TRAININGS AND AWARENESS EVENTS WITH MESA PUBLIC SCHOOLS, THE LARGEST SCHOOL DISTRICT IN ARIZONA, BEGINNING WITH NURSES, COUNSELORS AND ADMINISTRATORS. WE HAVE AGREED TO TRAIN ALL 10,000 MPS EMPLOYEES.
