IN 2021, THE INTERNATIONAL ECZEMA COUNCIL PRESENTED MULTIPLE VIRTUAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND ONE IN-PERSON SYMPOSIA, ISDS. TIMELY TOPICS IN ATOPIC DERMATITIS INCLUDED HAND ECZEMA, TREATMENT FOR AD IN PEDIATRICS, AND MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ATOPIC DERMATITIS DURING COVID-19. THESE PROGRAMS TYPICALLY DRAW A LARGE AUDIENCE, MANY OF WHOM ARE THOUGHT LEADERS IN DERMATOLOGY WHO TEACH OTHERS REGARDING ATOPIC DERMATITIS. THE IEC COUNCILORS AND ASSOCIATES CONVENED VIRTUALLY DURING THE YEAR TO DISCUSS CURRENT LITERATURE, RESEARCH AND PRACTICE RELATED TO VARIOUS TOPICS IN ATOPIC DERMATITIS, AND TO DEVELOP AND PUBLISH MANUSCRIPTS IN RELEVANT MEDICAL JOURNALS REGARDING THEIR FINDINGS.
