PATIENT EDUCATION - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES INFORMATIONAL PROGRAMS, LITERATURE, AND TELEPHONE INFORMATION TO HELP PATIENTS WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF THEIR DISEASE.
