ERAP ISCOMMITTED TO SERVING ALL EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONDER PROFESSIONALS WHO ARE IN CRISISAS A RESULT OF EXPERIENCING A CRITICAL INCIDENT. ERAP SEEKS TO PROVIDE TRAINING,EDUCATION, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE IN A STRUCTURED THREE-DAY SEMINARENVIRONMENT; RESULTING IN IMPROVED COMMUNICATION WITH A GOAL OF FOSTERING VALUABLE FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS AND EXTENDING CAREERS. ERAP'S HOLISTIC APPROACH ACKNOWLEDGESTHE IMPORTANCE OF FAMILY IN THE POST-CRITICAL INCIDENT HEALING PROCESS.
