OUR UNION PROVIDES COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AND LEGAL REPRESENTATION CONCERNING LABOR ISSUES, CONTRACTUAL BENEFITS, WAGES, AND WORK CONDITIONS. WE PROVIDE COMMUNICATIONS TO MEMBERS VIA SOCIAL MEDIA AND EMAILS TO EDUCATE AND ORGANIZE THEM REGARDING PROFESSION AND LABOR ISSUES. WE PROVIDE UNION REPRESENTATION IN THE WORKPLACE UPON REQUEST, AS WELL AS DURING ANY DISCIPLINARY APPEAL PROCESS. WE PROVIDE REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS, AS WELL AS SEMINARS, AND CONFERENCES FOR OUR MEMBERS. WE PROVIDE SOCIAL AND FRATERNAL MEETINGS. WE PROVIDE UNION REPRESENTATION FOR NON-MEMBERS WHO ARE PART OF OUR RECOGNIZED COLLECTIVE BARGAINING GROUP BY VIRTUE OF THEIR JOB STATUS. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES OF A POLITICAL EDUCATION COMMITTEE TO EDUCATE OUR MEMBERS ABOUT LOCAL ISSUES AFFECTING THEIR WORK CONDITIONS.
