TCCTLI PROVIDES TRANSITIONAL LIVING FOR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN VENTURA. THERE ARE CURRENTLY 30 UNITS AVAILABLE FOR RESIDENTS. RESIDENTS HAVE A GOAL TO TRANSITION OUT WITHIN 12 MONTHS BUT CAN STAY UP TO 24 UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.


TCCTLI EQUIPS INDIVIDUAL TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES FOR SELF-SUFFICIENCY. THIS IS DONE THROUGH CASE MANAGEMENT WITH A FOCUS ON FINANCIAL STABILITY FINDING EMPLOYMENT CONNECTION WITH SOCIAL SERVICES AND FAMILY UNITY.,


INDIVIDUAL FAMILY THERAPY PROVIDED AS NEEDED WITH A LICENSED MFT AND VOLUNTEER MENTORS FROM CHURCHES IN THE COMMUNITY.
