LEGAL COUNSEL AIMED AT FCC RULE-MAKING PROCEEDINGS AND LEGISLATIVE ACTIONS INVOLVING THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF RADIO SPECTRUM USED FOR FLIGHT TESTING COUNSEL FOR CONSULTATIONS HELD WITH DEPT OF STATE, DEPT OF COMMERCE, DEPT OF DEFENSE AND THE NTIA. THE ADVICE AND GUIDANCE OF COUNSEL IS AVAILABLE TO THE ENTIRE MEMBERSHIP ON MATTERS OF MUTUAL CONCERN. THESE ACTIVITIES BENEFIT THE MEMBERSHIP, THE FLIGHT TEST COMMUNITY, MANUFACTURERS OF AIRCRAFT AND THEIR MAJOR COMPONENTS AND THE AVIATION INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE.
