DISPUTE RESOLTION IS OFFERED THROUGH COMPLAINT RECONCILIATION, MEDIATION, AND ARBITRATION. PRESS RELEASES ARE PROVIDED TO THE MEDIA ON MARKETPLACE ACTIVITIES INVOLVING CONSUMER DECEPTION.
