THE TRANSFER OF NET ASSETS TO OUTREACH UPON THE DISSOLUTION OF STEVENS SCHOOL WAS DONE TO ALLOW FOR A CONTINUATION OF SERVICES TO DC PUBLIC AND CHARTER SCHOOLS THROUGH IVYMOUNT OUTREACH PROGRAMS. OUTREACH CONTINUES TO SERVE AS THE PROVIDER OF CONSULTATIVE SERVICES TO THE DC PUBLIC SCHOOL AND CHARTER SCHOOL SYSTEMS.
