WINGS OF REFUGE IS A LONG-TERM RESTORATION HOME FOR FEMALE ADULTS WHO HAVE SURVIVED COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION AND/OR TRAFFICKING. WE PROVIDE A SAFE, CHRIST CENTERED ATMOSPHERE OF HEALING AND RESTORATION FOR EACH PARTICIPANT.

EDUCATION/AWARENESS EXPENSES INCLUDE: 1:1 SESSIONS INCLUDING TRAUMA EDUCATION, SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT, BOUNDARIES, MEDIA LITERACY, HEALTH COACHING, AND OTHER INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMMING; GROUP SESSIONS INCLUDING CELEBRATE RECOVERY, WORSHIP, AND DEVOTIONS; JOB SKILLS TRAINING SUCH AS INTERVIEWING, RESUME WRITING, AND FINANCIAL LITERACY; CONTINUING EDUCATION INCLUDING BOTH ONLINE AND CLASS ATTENDANCE.
MENTORING/LIFE SKILLS EXPENSES INCLUDING: MONTHLY INDIVIDUALIZED 1:1 SHORT AND LONG TERM GOAL SETTING SESSIONS; ONGOING MENTORING FOR CHARTING PERSONAL RESTORATION AND GOAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS; PERSONALIZED LIFE SKILLS TRAINING; VOLUNTEER AND MENTORING RELATIONSHIP BUILDING.
