OUR GOAL IS EMPOWERING INDIVIDUALS TO EXERCISE CHOICES TO MAINTAIN OR INCREASE THEIR INDEPENDENCE. OUR STRATEGY IS PROVIDING CONSUMER-DRIVEN SERVICES AT NO COST TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN WESTERN WISCONSIN.
