ADVANCING COMPASSION PROJECT IS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO THE PUBLIC BY BRINGING FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND INCREASING COMMUNITY AWARENESS TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORANIZATIONS HELPING THE UNDERSERVED OR PROVIDING OTHER CHARITABLE OR EDUCATIONAL BENEFIT TO THE PUBLIC.

PROPHILANTHROPY PROGRAM. THE PROPHILANTHROPY PROGRAM PROVIDED FUNDS TO LOW-INCOME AND DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS AND SMALL GROUPS TO PROMOTE SELF-SUFFICIENCY THROUGH ESTABLISHMENT OR GROWTH OF AN INCOME ACTIVITY OR OBTAINING VOCATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL OR OTHER TRAINING. IN A NUMBER OF CASES IN WHICH INDIVIDUALS WERE SUCCESSFUL, A PORTION OF THE FUNDS WERE PAID BACK TO PROPHILANTHROPY AND THESE WERE THEN USED TO FUND OTHER INDIVIDUALS. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, A TOTAL OF $169,635 WAS PAID OUT IN EXPENSES AND $151,731 WAS PAID BACK WHICH WAS THEN USED IN THE FUNDING OF OTHERS.


DONATIONS TO SUPPORT THE EFFORTS OF ADVANCING COMPASSION PROJECT'S MICROFINANCE PARTNERS WHO ARE ORGANIZED TO HELP LOW-INCOME AND DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS AND SMALL GROUPS TO PROMOTE SELF-SUFFICIENCY THROUGH ESTABLISHMENT OR GROWTH OF AN INCOME ACTIVITY OR OBTAINING VOCATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL OR OTHER TRAINING.

SUPPORT OF TWO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS SOS CHILDREN'S VILLAGES WHICH FOCUSES ON SUPPORTING CHILDREN WITHOUT PARENTAL CARE AND FAMILIES AT RISK) AND DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS (MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES MSF) WHICH HELPS PEOPLE AFFECTED BY CONFLICT, DISEASE OUTBREAKS, NATURAL AND HUMAN-MADE DISASTERS, AND EXCLUSION FROM HEALTH CARE.
