THE MISSION OF HISTORIC DUPONT CIRCLE MAIN STREET, INC., IS TO PROMOTE, COORDINATE AND MAINTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CULTURAL, ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITIES OF THE DUPONT CIRCLE AND WOODLEY PARK NEIGHBORHOODS OF WASHINGTON, DC.

DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2023, HISTORIC DUPONT CIRCLE MAIN STREET INC. (ORGANIZATION), FOSTERED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND ORGANIZED COMMUNITY EVENTS IN THE DUPONT CIRCLE AND WOODLEY PARK NEIGHBORHOODS OF WASHINGTON, DC. THE ORGANIZATION HELPED KEEP THE DUPONT CIRCLE NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN THROUGH THE CLEAN TEAM. THE TEAM TEACHES ITS MEMBERS DISCIPLINE, HARD WORK AND COMRADESHIP. THE TEAM PLANTS AND MAINTAINS LANDSCAPED AREAS SUCH AS ROAD MEDIANS. THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTED A PROGRAM FOR BUSINESSES TO OBTAIN SIGNS, AWNINGS AND SIMILAR IMPROVEMENTS.
