- FUNCTIONAL INDUSTRIES, INC. (FII) SERVED 610 CLIENTS FROM JULY 1, 2020 TO JUNE 30, 2021 (FY2021).- FII'S EMPLOYMENT SERVICES CONTINUED TO GROW DESPITE THE EMERGENCE OF COVID-19. SERVICES WERE ADAPTED AND PROVIDED REMOTELY THROUGHOUT FY2021 WHICH ALLOWED GREATER FLEXIBILITY FOR THOSE WHO WERE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH FACE TO FACE SERVICES.- FII'S PRE EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION SERVICES INCREASED REFERRALS BY 35% OVER FY2020. THIS IS SIGNIFICANT GROWTH FOR THIS PROGRAM SERVING TRANSITION AGE YOUTH.
