THE MISSION OF THE RANGE CENTER IS TO ENSURE EDUCATION, PROMOTE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, AND PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL SERVICES TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO BECOME ACTIVE, PARTICIPATING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES - SINCE 1972, RANGE CENTER HAS OPERATED ICF/ID (INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITY/INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY) FACILITIES TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL SERVICES TO ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. CURRENTLY, RANGE CENTER OPERATES THREE ICF/ID HOMES WITH CAPACITY FOR 18 INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT HIBBING AND CHISHOLM, MINNESOTA.IN 1998, RANGE CENTER INITIEATED WAIVERED SERVICE PROGRAMS TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL SERVICES TO ADULTS AND CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND RELATED CONDITIONS. CURRENTLY, RANGE CENTER OPERATES 10 WAIVERED HOMES WITH CAPACITY FOR 40 INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT HIBBING, CHISHOLM AND BUHL, MINNESOTA.
VOCATIONAL SERVICESRANGE CENTER, INC. OPERATES A DAY TRAINING AHD HABILITATION PROGRAM (DAC) IN CHISHOLM, MN AND SOHO ARTS IN HIBBING, MN PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:DAY SERVICES: DAY SUPPORT SERVICES; DAY TRAINING AND HABILITATION; PREVOCATIONAL; STRUCTURED DAY; EMPLOYMENT SERVICESEMPLOYMENT SERVICES: EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT SERVICES; EMPLOYMENT EXPLORATION SERVICES; EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SERVICESRANGE CENTERS BUILDING OFFERS VARIOUS DIFFERENT PROGRAM AREAS EACH CATERING TO INDIVIDUALS SERVICE NEEDS AND INTERESTS.
