MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM PROVIDES THEIR MEMBERS VALUE THROUGH BUSINESS ADVOCACY, TRAINING, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND THE SUPPORT OF TOURISM.
WINONA MAIN STREET PROGRAM SUPPORTS DEVELOPMENT AND BUSINESS GROWTH IN THE HISTORIC DOWNTOWN DISTRICT.
GRANT ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM CONTRACTED WITH WINONA COUNTY TO ADMINISTER CARES ACT GRANTS ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTY. THE CHAMBER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PUBLICIZING THE GRANTS, DETERMINING APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY AND DISBURSMENT OF FUNDS.
