THE ORGANIZATION GOVERNS LOCAL CARPENTER UNIONS. ITS PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE INTEREST OF ITS MEMBERSHIP BY PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING, JOB PLACEMENT, AND ORGANIZING WORKERS TO JOIN THE UNION. FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021, THE COUNCIL HAD 25,773 MEMBERS.
