THE PURPOSE OF THIS SOCIETY IS TO PROMOTE RESPONSIBLE REPRODUCTION OF COMPANION ANIMALS AS WELL AS RESPONSIBLE OWNERSHIP OF THOSE ANIMALS, RESPECT FOR LAW AND ORDER, AND TO EDUCATE SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN THE HUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS.
