THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES VARIOUS HEALTH/WELFARE BENEFITS TO VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATING MEMBERS.

SINCE 2016 AND DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD THE ORGANIZATION DID NOT HAVE ANY MEMBERS AND IT HAD NO ACTIVE BENEFIT PLANS. THE TRUSTEES OF MEMBA AND OF ITS SUCCESSOR PET HAVE CONSIDERED HOW THE ORGANIZATION COULD CONTINUE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL, LIFE, AND SICKNESS AND ACCIDENT BENEFITS. THE PET BOARD OF TRUSTEES BEGAN DEVELOPING A PLAN FOR TERMINATION OF THE ORGANIZATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF ITS RESIDUAL ASSETS.AS PART OF THE PROCESS TO LIQUIDATE FUNDS AND TERMINATE THE ORGANIZATION, THE ORGANIZATION PRE-PAID ALL REMAINING EXPENSES AND DISBURSED FUNDS TO VARIOUS 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS BASED ON A PREDETERMINED DISTRIBUTION PLAN ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
