LEGAL SERVICES TO MEMBERS (ADVISING AND REPRESENTING THEM IN LEGAL MATTERS RELATED TO THEIR EMPLOYMENT, INCLUDING ACTIONS BEFORE ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES AND COURTS) AND AFFILIATED LOCAL UNIONS (ADVISING AND REPRESENTING THEM IN LEGAL MATTERS RELATED TO THEIR MEMBERS IN EMPLOYMENT MATTERS, INCLUDING COLLECTIVELY BARGAINING CONTRACTS, PROCESSING GRIEVANCES, ARBITRATIONS, ACTIONS BEFORE ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES AND COURTS).
