ACT AS A FISCAL AGENT FOR VARIOUS PRIVATELY FUNDED, NOT-FOR-PROFIT FUNDED OR STATE FUNDED GRANTS FOR SPECIFIED PURPOSES TO IMPROVE OR ASSIST IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, INDIANA.


PROVIDE FUNDING TO 14 MEMBER AGENCIES (INCLUDING SPECIAL GRANTS AND DONOR DESIGNATIONS) IN THE FRANKLIN COUNTY AREA AFTER ASSESSING COMMUNITY NEEDS TO DETERMINE THE ANNUAL ALLOCATIONS.


ACT AS A FISCAL AGENT FOR VARIOUS PRIVATELY FUNDED NOT-FOR-PROFIT FUNDED OR STATE FUNDED GRANTS FOR SPECIFIED PURPOSES TO IMPROVE OR ASSIST IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, INDIANA.
