THEDACARE FAMILY OF FOUNDATIONS, INC. WILL BE A PHILANTRHOPIC FOUNDATION AFFILIATED WITH THEDACARE, INC., A HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION. THE FOUNDATION WILL UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES SUCH AS A GRANTS PROGRAM TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY HEALTH INTIATIVES, EDUCATION/OUTREACH EFFORTS, AND SCHOLARSHIPS.
