FSCSC IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CHARITABLE AND RELIGIOUS PURPOSE TO SUPPORT THE MINISTRIES OF FSC. FSCSC IS THE SOLE CORPORATE MEMBER OF FRANCISCAN COMMUNITIES, INC., FRANCISCAN COMMUNITIES, INC. II, UNIVERSITY PLACE INC., THE VILLAGE AT MERCY CREEK, FRANCISCAN COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC., FRANCISCAN COMMUNITY BENEFIT SERVICES, INC., ST JUDE HOUSE, ST JOSEPH SENIOR HOUSING, AND SAMC, INC.
