THE 4-H YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM CONSISTED OF (1) 4-H SCHOOL PROMOTION, (2) PROJECT WORKSHOPS, (3) 4-H CLUB MEETINGS, (4) MINI 4-H MEETINGS, (5) HOWARD COUNTY 4-H FAIR, AND (6) CLUB & PROJECT LEADER MEETING TO REVIEW 2015 AND PLAN 2016. DURING 2015, PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM INVOLVED 726 CLUB MEMBERS, 52 JUNIOR LEADERS, AND 116 ADULT VOLUNTEERS.
