MISSOURI FFA SATE LEADERSHIP CAMP - THE CAMP PROVIDES TRAINING FOR OVER 1,200 LOCAL FFA MEMBERS DURING A WEEK-LONG CAMP HELD AT THE LAKE OF THE OZARKS STATE PARK FOR SIX WEEKS FROM THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE TO MID-JULY. EXPENSES - CAMP/GREENHAND CONFERENCE REVENUE - CAMP REVENUE/DUES


MISSOURI FFA CONVENTION - THE CONVENTION AND ASSOCIATED CAREER DEVELOPMENT EVENTS PROVIDE OVER 5,000 MISSOURI AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION STUDENTS WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEMONSTRATE CAREER SKILS THEY HAVE DEVELOPED IN THEIR HIGH SCHOOL AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION CLASSES. EXPENSES - STATE CONVENTION/AGRISCIENCE FAIR REVENUE - STATE CONVENTION/LEADERSHIP FUND/NATIONAL REIMBURSEMENT/GREENHAND CONFERENCE REVENUE

OTHER LEADERSHIP AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES - THE MISSOURI FFA ASSOCIATION HOSTS SEVERAL OTHER SMALLER CONFERENCES AND CONTESTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR IN WHICH AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION STUDENTS HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO HONE THEIR SKILLS. THESE INCLUDE THE GREENHAND CONFERENCE, PUBLIC SPEAKING ACADEMY, AND OTHER SIMILAR LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS.
