THE PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO FOSTER, ENCOURAGE AND PROVIDE THE MEANS AND FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS IN PROPER AND IMPROVED METHODS OF AGRICULTURE AND ITS RELATED FIELDS OF CONSERVATION AND HOME INDUSTRY - WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON THE PROGRAMS OF THE NATIONAL LOCAL 4-H ORGANIZATIONS. THIS ORGANIZATION WILL HOLD FAIRS, EXHIBITS, CONTESTS, AND SALES OF LIVESTOCK, CROPS, FARM AND HOME PRODUCTS BOTH FOR ADULT AND RURAL YOUTH, INCLUDING 4H CLUB MEMBERS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO OFFERS AND DISTRIBUTES PREMIUMS AND AWARDS FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTS OF THE HOME, FARM AND INDUSTRY.
