OUR MEMBERS' PRODUCTS ARE MARKETED PRIMARILY TO YOUNG FAMILIES STARTING OUT AND TO ELDERLY SEEKING TO DOWNSIZE INTO AFFORDABLE HOUSING THAT IS USUALLY ON ONE LEVEL. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO IMPROVE THE MANUFACTURED HOUSING MARKET THROUGH INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGNS AIMED AT THE GENERAL PUBLIC, LENDING INSTITUTIONS AND REGULATORY BOARDS THAT ARE INTEGRAL TO OUR INDUSTRY. THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES THE OVERALL GOAL OF SAFE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING. THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES A BROAD BASE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT GOALS THROUGH THE WV MANUFACTURED HOUSING INDUSTRY.
