DURING THE YEAR, CDF PROVIDES 2ND MORTGAGES AS PART OF ITS HOMEFIT LOAN PROGRAM DESIGNED TO HELP LOW TO MODERATE INCOME HOUSEHOLDS FINANCE HOME PURCHASES. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT REQUIRE MORTGAGE INSURANCE, REDUCING THE OVERALL COST OF FINANCING HOME PURCHASES.
