COHL CODE 7 THIS PROGRAM ALLOWS PARTICIPANTS TO RECEIVE EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO PROMOTE A CULTURE OF HEALTH FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY TO HELP ADVANCE HEALTH EQUITY AT LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL LEVELS.
